Should I completely discharge my BESV battery before I charge it again?

No. You can charge your BESV battery at anytime. Your BESV battery is a lithium-ion battery cell, which has no memory effect.
However, it is recommend that you keep your BESV battery as fully charged as possible at all times, in order to extend its lifespan.
Can I upgrade my BESV e-bike to have a throttle function?

No. All BESV e-bikes comply with the EPAC EN15194 standard and are not equipped with throttles.
Can I change the language setting on the BESV Interface?

Yes. Instructions for setting the language are available in the BESV user manual. The BESV Interface supports five languages, including English, German, Dutch, French, and Italian.
What should I do if I lose the key to my BESV e-bike?

Please contact your local BESV dealer and provide your warranty card to the dealer for assistance.
Why won’t my BESV battery charge fully?

Generally speaking, the charging efficiency of a battery diminishes in conjunction with the battery’s lifespan. For example, after the battery has been charged more than 300 times, it can only be charged up to 80 percent. After 500 charges, it can only be charged up to 75 percent. And after 1,000 charges, it can only be charged up to 60 percent.
